Information entered by clinics
Hospitals and their staff may enter patient name, mobile number, age or date of birth, gender, vitals, appointments, visit notes, prescriptions, uploaded report summaries, service billing, payment ledger entries and staff account details. This data is used only to run clinic workflows and the public prescription lookup by DRG number.
Who controls the data
Each clinic controls its own records. Hisoft IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. processes them only to provide the service, support and backups.
Third-party services
The app may use Firebase for authentication, database, storage, crash diagnostics and cloud functions, and Google AdMob where ads are enabled. These providers process device identifiers and diagnostics under their own policies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal or health information. Prescriptions are visible publicly only to someone who has the DRG number printed for the patient.
Security and retention
Access is role-based (admin, doctor, receptionist, medical store) and transport is encrypted. Records are kept while the clinic account is active and as required by law.
Deletion
Clinics and patients can request correction or deletion at info@hisofttechnology.com.
