Delete from the app
- Sign in as the business owner (admin).
- Open Settings → Delete account (or open karbhar.hisofttechnology.com/account_deletion).
- Confirm with your password. The business, its bills, customers, items and staff logins are deleted permanently.
Ask us to delete it
E-mail info@hisofttechnology.com from your registered e-mail, or WhatsApp us, with your business code and registered mobile number. Requests are completed within 30 days.
What may be kept
Server backups are overwritten within 90 days. Records we must keep by law (for example our own invoices to you) are kept only as long as required.
