Refund Policy

Effective date: 24 May 2026. Refund handling depends on service type, usage and project stage.

Digital payment and refund support

Digital services

Website, app and software development fees are generally non-refundable once planning, coding, deployment or support work has started.

Subscriptions

Subscription refunds may be considered for duplicate payments, billing errors or service activation failures reported within 7 days.

App purchases

Play Store purchases and refunds are handled according to Google Play policies unless separately invoiced by Hisoft.

How to request

Email info@hisofttechnology.com with invoice number, payment date, registered phone number and reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable banking period.

Non-refundable items

Domain names, hosting, third-party licenses, ad spend, SMS credits, completed milestones and customized deliverables are non-refundable.
