Use of services

Customers must use Hisoft products lawfully and provide accurate information for accounts, billing, support and project delivery.

Subscriptions and payments

Fees, timelines, renewal cycles and deliverables are confirmed in the quotation, invoice, app listing or written communication.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for data accuracy, user permissions, backups exported by them, third-party account access and timely review of delivered work.

Intellectual property

Hisoft retains reusable frameworks, templates and internal tools. Customer-specific paid deliverables are licensed or transferred as agreed in writing.

Limitations

Services are provided with reasonable care. Hisoft is not liable for indirect losses, third-party outages, device limitations or misuse of software.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the revised terms.
