This Privacy Policy applies to TA-DA Tour Master, an Android app used by employees, professionals, officers and organizations to record tour details, travel allowance and daily allowance claims, expense entries, receipt attachments, reports and reimbursement documents.
TA-DA Tour Master is developed and maintained by Hisoft IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. The app may be used by organizations, employees or authorized users for work-related tour and claim management.
The app may use Firebase Authentication, Google Sign-In, Cloud Firestore and Firebase Storage depending on the final enabled features. These services help with secure login, account access, cloud data storage, synchronization, report access and attachment storage.
When Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication is used, Google/Firebase may process account identifiers such as name, email address, profile identifier, authentication tokens and technical sign-in information as required to provide authentication and security.
TA-DA Tour Master may collect or store employee name, designation, department, office or organization details, tour details, travel dates, journey information, claim and expense entries, daily allowance entries, travel allowance entries, receipt images, PDF files and supporting attachments.
The app may store or generate bank details used in TA/DA claim letters, reimbursement reports or official documents, depending on the organization’s format and final app behavior. Users should enter only information required for claim processing.
Receipt images, PDFs, claim letters and other attachments may be stored on the device and/or in cloud storage, depending on the final app configuration and user actions. Attachments may be used for claim verification, report generation and reimbursement records.
Information is used to create, edit, store, calculate, export and manage tour records, TA/DA claims, expense summaries, reimbursement letters, reports, PDFs, organization records and support requests related to the app.
If ads are enabled, TA-DA Tour Master may use Google AdMob or Google Mobile Ads SDKs. Google AdMob may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, limited diagnostics, crash information, ad interaction data and ad performance data as described by Google’s advertising and privacy policies.
We do not sell personal information. Data may be processed by Firebase, Google services, hosting, analytics, storage, advertising or support providers only as needed to operate app features, provide authentication, store records, show ads, improve reliability or provide support.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards such as authenticated access, Firebase security features, access controls and secure transport where applicable. No mobile app, cloud service or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Tour, claim, reimbursement and business records may be retained while the app account, device records or organization records are active and as required for operational, audit, reporting, reimbursement or legal purposes.
Users can request deletion of their TA-DA Tour Master account data by emailing info@hisofttechnology.com. Please include your registered email or mobile number, organization name if applicable, and the data or account you want deleted.
This app is intended for employees, professionals, and adult users. It is not intended for children.
