Nagrik Netra lets every resident report crime, harassment and civic problems with a live video that the app analyses for evidence – weapons, faces, number plates, fire, crowds and noise. Complaints reach the responsible department with a deadline, every update is signed by the officer, and missed deadlines escalate automatically. Police and the city get tamper-proof evidence packages and heatmaps; women and students get silent SOS and anonymous reporting.
